No Smoking Policy
All rooms, decks and outside property are non-smoking. Violations will result in a $250.00 credit card charge or expulsion.
Reservation Policy:
An advance deposit of one nights stay is required, by credit card, before reservations are confirmed. Upon cancellation, your deposit will be returned less $50.00 per room cancellation charge. There will be no refund of deposits for cancellations within 14 days of check-in. No refunds will be issued for early departure.
Check-in time: 2:00 P.M. Check-out time: 11:00 A.M.
Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed on the first floor only.
All pets must be registered in the office and be accompanied by owner at all times. There will be an additional charge of $25.00 per pet per night. Pets cannot be left in the room unaccompanied and housekeeping must be able to have access to the room between 11:00 – 2:00.
